Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Methods: We partner with carriers such as UPS,USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx and YunExpress to provide reliable delivery. Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.
- Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited and other shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Fees: Free shipping for orders $50+. For orders below $50, a flat rate applies.
International Shipping
- Processing Time: International orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Methods: We offer worldwide shipping through carriers such as USPS International Mail and UPS Worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically from 10 to 20 business days after order processing.
- Customs & Duties: Import Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at service@deercrystal.com within 30 days of shipment. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Note: Claims may require investigation by the carrier, and resolution times can vary.
Important Disclaimer of Liability
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition, Deer Crystal shall not be held liable for delays in delivery or for lost or damaged packages once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided. The following situations are beyond our direct control, and we cannot assume responsibility for them:- Delays caused by the shipping carrier, including logistical issues, weather conditions, or high volume periods.
- Delays or seizures by customs authorities in the destination country.
- Events of "Force Majeure",such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), wars, riots, strikes, or pandemics, that disrupt transportation networks.
- Inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer, which may lead to failed delivery attempts or return of the package.
- Packages reported as "delivered" according to the carrier's tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is due to us. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
